I'm a pretty slim guy (170 6'1) so i ordered both L and XL US size's. The difference was so small, i urge everyone to get the 2X L. 2x L is still a tight fit but i love it, since i have the athletic build (big chest, small waist). I wrapped my L shirt around a chair and it stretched fairly good. Everyone on here is having the same problem, the shirt being too tight. Only order medium or L (us size) if you're extremely skinny. Honestly i consider 2x L to be a US medium lol. Overall i love it and consider it the best looking shirt i have purchased in a very long time.
